Writing has been part of my life for more than 23 years. What began as a passion for creating stories eventually grew into a lifelong career as an author, freelance writer, and writing coach.
During those early years, I wrote many stories that would later become books, although I had not yet learned how to independently publish my work.
Along the way, I remained committed to education and personal growth. I earned an Associate in Arts in Business in 2008, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications in 2012.
These experiences strengthened my writing, communication, and business skills, providing a solid foundation for my career.
More than thirteen years ago, I began building my freelance writing business under the guidance of my writing mentor, Lyn Lomasi, founder of BrandShamans.com.
During that same time, I also created my personal brand, Princess Crystal Says, with the vision of inspiring readers and helping others through the power of words.
Since then, I have designed, maintained, and grown PrincessCrystalSays.com into a thriving author website and blog.
Over the past thirteen years, I have published more than 1,000 blog posts, sharing writing advice, inspirational articles, devotionals, personal stories, and updates from my author journey.
One of the most exciting chapters of my career has come during the past two years.
Last year and this year, I decided to independently published all of my books to Amazon once I learned how to do it properly. Then, I began turning years of my writing into a growing collection of books in different genres that are available to readers who are all around the world.
Seeing these stories finally reach readers has been one of the most rewarding accomplishments of my writing career. As my career has grown, I have been honored to receive recognition for my work.
Over the past year, I have been featured in four magazine interviews, sharing my story and passion for writing with new audiences.
I was also selected for inclusion in the Marquis Who’s Who Professional Guide of 2025, an achievement that reflects my dedication to my profession.
Today, I continue writing books in multi genres for children, young adults, and adults. Additionally, I am offering freelance writing services and personal coaching services, in order to help others tell their own stories.
Every chapter of my journey has reinforced one belief: stories have the power to inspire, encourage, heal, and leave a lasting legacy.
