Hi, I’m Author and Coach Crystal Amon, and I’m so grateful you’re here. Princess Crystal Says was born from a deep desire to turn pain into purpose and words into healing. This space began as my personal journal during one of the hardest seasons of my life—a time when I was battling cancer and learning how to rebuild from the inside out.
Through that journey, I returned to school, earned my GED, and went on to complete my Associate of Arts in Business and my Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. But more than any diploma, what I gained was a new understanding of faith, resilience, and the quiet power of starting over.
Writing became my way of breathing again. It became how I connected—with myself, with others, and with God. And that’s how Princess Crystal Says came to life: as a space to share stories of hope, healing, and rediscovery.
Here, you’ll find reflections on faith, relationships, self-growth, and the everyday beauty of learning to live again.
