With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and an Associate’s Degree in Business, Crystal blends professional experience with personal resilience to offer writing services that empower, uplift, and connect.
Her work spans topics including mental health, self-care, relationships, invisible illness, and spiritual wellness. She is also the founder of Dragon Strong Circle, a growing support community for those impacted by cancer.
In 2025, Crystal was honored to be included in Marquis Who’s Who, a recognition of her commitment to using her voice to help others find theirs. She has had two interviews with local magazines in Jacksonville, Florida. Both of the local magazine interviews are listed on her website.
