I just wrapped up another local magazine interview with Bold Journey, and my heart is full.
I’m still taking it all in—but I couldn’t wait to share the news with you.
Being recognized as a professional freelance writer and a cancer community advocate is such a blessing. Every opportunity I get to share my story, my heart, and my mission is a chance to shine light into places where it’s needed most.
And today, I’m feeling especially grateful and honored.
A New Interview Opportunity
This most recent interview gave me the chance to talk about not only my journey through cancer and recovery—but also my role as the founder of Dragon Strong Circle.
Sharing what this private cancer community means to me, and how it was born out of pain, perseverance, and purpose, made me emotional all over again. Dragon Strong Circle isn’t just a name. It’s a movement to allow people to share their experiences and stories. It is also a safe haven for anyone touched by cancer.
And now, more people will hear that message thanks to this feature.
My First Published Interview: Voyage Jacksonville
This new magazine interview with Bold Journey follows the recent honor and blessing of being featured in Voyage Jacksonville Magazine. That was my first published interview, and it was such a surreal experience to see my words and story in print—shared with a wider audience across my hometown.
Being recognized by Voyage Jacksonville gave me the confidence to step more boldly into my calling as a writer, survivor, and advocate for others. The actual link is on this website.
Looking Forward
Each interview brings new connections, new readers, and new opportunities to encourage others. I’m excited to meet more people along the way—fellow writers, readers, and warriors walking through their own seasons of struggle and strength.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me—especially those who’ve followed my blogs, joined Dragon Strong Circle on Facebook or simply prayed over my journey.
I write with purpose because you remind me that stories matter. And with every word, I’m reminded: my story isn’t over—and neither is yours.
Respectfully yours,
Crystal Amon
