But who is the woman behind this space?

Let me introduce you.

Meet the Founder: Crystal Amon

My name is Crystal Amon, and I am the founder of Princess Crystal Says.

I am a disabled cancer survivor, a writer, an advocate, and a woman who knows what it means to fight for her life — and her voice.

In 2021, I was diagnosed with stage 2B cervical cancer. The journey was brutal — aggressive treatments, surgeries, and a long road to recovery that left me with permanent nerve damage, chronic pain, and mobility challenges.

But through all of that, I didn’t lose who I was.

In fact, I found her again.

I started writing to process my pain. What began as private journaling turned into public storytelling. And before I knew it, my truth was resonating with others who were walking through battles of their own.

That’s when Princess Crystal Says became more than a blog — it became a community.

Why “Princess Crystal”?

Because I believe in reclaiming worth.

“Princess” isn’t about fairy tales. It’s about self-worth, divine identity, and the reminder that even after trauma, we are still royal. Still worthy. Still powerful.

Princess Crystal Says is where I say the things that survivors, fighters, women, and warriors everywhere are often too afraid to say out loud.

I talk about pain that doesn’t go away. I talk about the grief of becoming someone new. I talk about faith, healing, disability, love, loss — and all the messy in-between moments that shape us.
