What’s something most people don’t understand?

Sometimes, I get really frustrated at friends and family, who don’t understand exactly what I’m dealing with during the day. I live with a chronic illness which has affected my legs and now I wear AFO braces on each leg.

Many times, my back and legs begin to hurt whenever I am doing too much walking or housework. However, most people think I’m lazy when I tell them that I cannot walk something like Walmart or the dollar store.

This is very frustrating to me. I refuse to let their opinions bring me down. I will continue to manage my chronic pain and chronic illness in the best way I see fit.
