Did you know that you have power in what you say about yourself and others? Believe it or not, you can speak things into existence.
The Bible clearly states,
“That there is life death in the power of the tounge,” Proverbs 18:21
So, next time you talk to someone. Be kind and compassionate. They may be fighting their own private battle, which you know nothing about. Speak positive things over your life and your family.
Drive out the negative energy that will just stress you out and cause you to have anxiety attacks because you get overwhelmed with certain situations.
You just feel broken inside, so speak positive things to yourself and to others. Try not cuss and even I am working on this. Whenever you feel you can no longer stand just take a break and kneel.
Change your environment if you need to and walk away from any person who hurts you. Rebuild your
life on a solid foundation of speaking life into yourself and everyone you meet as well.
