My name is Crystal Amon, the voice behind Princess Crystal Says. Many of you know me through my writing—the poems, reflections, and journals meant to bring light where life feels heavy. Today, I’m opening up about my own walk through the valley and asking for your help.
I’m a cancer survivor living with Crohn’s disease, diabetes, and neuropathy that requires me to wear AFO braces to walk. These conditions, along with heart complications, have made everyday life a battle between strength and surrender. Still, I rise each morning holding onto faith, believing there’s a purpose in every struggle.
Between ongoing treatments, medical bills, and transportation to appointments, the financial weight has grown heavier than I can carry alone. Yet even in this, I see God’s fingerprints—reminding me that community exists for moments just like this.
