Some stories arrive as sparks.
Others come as fire.
The Dragon Princess was both.
It began with a single image — a dragon not roaring, but listening. Not fierce in flame, but fierce in faith. That image stayed with me for weeks: the idea that even the strongest creatures still need stillness to hear the truth.
At first, I thought I was writing about fantasy — kingdoms, courage, and the magic that binds them. But the deeper I went, the more I realized it was a story about something closer to home: redemption.
Every tale of battle is also a tale of belief.
Every hero’s journey mirrors our own.
The dragon became more than a creature of myth; it became a reflection of every soul learning to use its fire for light instead of destruction.
Because isn’t that what healing truly is — learning that the power inside you was never meant to burn you, but to bless you?
In The Dragon Princess, faith takes the shape of fire. Hope takes the form of wings. And every word, though wrapped in legend, carries a truth I’ve come to live by:
“Even in silence, God still speaks — sometimes through the flames.”
Writing this story felt like prayer in disguise. I didn’t need to name God on every page; His presence lived in the rhythm of restoration.
Every scar became sacred. Every trial, transformed.
So if you’ve ever felt too broken to be brave, or too weary to believe — know this: your whisper still matters.
You are not forgotten in the ashes.
You are becoming the flame that will guide someone else home.
With love and light,
Crystal Amon
