Remembering Who You Are

Life has a way of pulling us in a thousand directions. Between the noise of responsibilities, the weight of grief, or the pressure of living up to other people’s expectations, it’s easy to forget the most important thing: who you are.

I’ve been there. I’ve walked through seasons where I didn’t recognize myself anymore — where my voice felt buried under silence, where my dreams seemed out of reach, and where my worth felt uncertain. Those were the moments I needed to remember. Not just in my head, but in my heart.

Finding Your Way Back

For me, journaling became the lifeline. Putting words on a page gave me space to hear myself again. To write down the truth of who I am, even when I didn’t feel it yet. To remind myself that God calls me His, and that identity can’t be taken away by circumstance.

When I wrote, I remembered:

🌸 My voice matters.

🌸 My story matters.

🌸 I am not forgotten.

A Simple Pause

If you’ve been feeling lost or disconnected, try this:

Write down one word that describes how you feel right now. Then, write down one word that describes how you want to feel. Finally, write a short prayer asking God to bridge the space between the two.

Small steps like this help us return to ourselves, one page at a time.

The Heart of My Work

This is why I create journals and workbooks. They’re not just pages to fill; they’re spaces to help you remember who you are — and whose you are.

Because you are more than what you’ve lost, more than what you’ve been told, more than the season you’re in. You are beloved. You are whole. And you are worth remembering.
