There’s power in simply opening your journal, even when you don’t know what to say. Some days, the words may pour out. Other days, they may come slowly, or not at all. Both are holy. The act of showing up, pen in hand, is an act of courage in itself.

Healing rarely looks like a straight line. It’s more like circles — revisiting memories, relearning lessons, rediscovering hope. If your pages look messy, if your prayers feel tangled, if your reflections wander — take heart. God is still at work in the middle of it all.
Your Words Matter
Even if they never leave the page, your words carry weight. They are proof of your becoming. Proof that you’re listening to your own soul. Proof that you believe your story is worth telling, even in private.
