Willow Sleeping With Me

Last night, Willow decided she wasn’t going to sleep in her cage… she wanted to snuggle with me instead. 🥰💤

She has done this before, so I am used to sleeping with her now. There’s something so sweet about having her curled up right under my chin, safe and content.

She’s not just a bird—she’s family, and moments like these remind me how much love our little feathered friends bring into our lives. 💚🦜

I am so thankful to my friend for giving her to me, after she rescued her and she didn’t work out in her home. Do your pets ever refuse their usual spot just to be close to you?
