I don’t have many friends, and honestly—that’s by choice. Life has put me through more than most people know, and it’s changed the way I see people, trust, and relationships. I value honesty above all, even when it hurts. If something I do bothers you, and I’m not willing to change it, then maybe I don’t deserve that friendship.
But I also believe that honesty should go both ways. If something bothers me and I bring it up, I’m not trying to be rude—I’m trying to be real. I’m hoping you’ll hear me, understand, and be willing to grow with me. Because to me, that’s what true friendship is: not perfection, but mutual respect, accountability, and love that shows up even in the hard conversations.

I value honesty in a friend. What do you value?
