Tonight, I finally fixed my main email inbox after months of it being broken. I was checking the different email messages and I opened a surprise email that made me so proud.
Basically, a local Jacksonville, FL magazine has asked me to do an interview. This surprise email was sent in August, my email was not working at the time. The proposed interview would be about my this website and freelance writing career.
I quickly returned a reply tonight with a sincere apology and details about my broken inbox. Even if I missed my chance, I am truly humbled to be chosen by this local magazine as a local author and creative writer.
I am so grateful to my writing mentor of almost 20 years, Lyn Lomasi who also owns BrandShamans which I am guest writing for as needed. I am so happy that she has always taken the time to teach me new skills.
I hope that I will make her very proud, as well as everyone that I know and love.
I cannot believe that actually got noticed locally, especially after years of hard work and dedication to my writing career. I feel extremely blessed tonight and I am very proud of myself.
Hopefully, I will get to meet the magazine writer Camila, if she is still interested in interviewing me for the magazine. Either way, I am thrilled to be noticed as an author by a local magazine.
My dreams are coming true! Whoohooo!
